These hangars should be so sited as to allow for the erection
of further hangars as required by the noomal expansion of air
traffio. A site is suggested at "A" on the plan which could

It is not recommended that my further hangars be put up on
the present site owing to the difficulty of control.
It is also recomended that the terminal building
and control tower be placed in close proximity to the landing
pontoons for marine aircraft, and the suggested site is
marked "B" on the plan. A concrete apron should connect the
terdinal building with the main runway and aircraft would be
able to taxi up to it. This position would reduce the
distmoo by ear to the Kowloon Terrien by nearly one mile.

It is clearly desirable that some form of shelter
should be available for marine aircraft especially during the
typhoon season. The erection of covered seaplane dooks has
been considered, but owing to technical difficulties, it is thought more economical (at any rate for the present) to make
